Auto HID xenon lamp installation considerations and troubleshooting methods

7. Please note that not close to flammable materials such as paper, oil, spray, paint, thinner, and so on.

2. Before installation, make sure the gear is in neutral (or parking spaces)
3. Make sure to install the switch is closed.
4. Careful not to burn, especially when you switch the lights.
5. Be careful not to scratch the beat and light bulbs, do not touch the bulb with your fingers, will cause stains.
6. Carefully check the connector, the interface side, the wire connection. Wrong connection can cause lighting problems.
7. The adjustment of the lamp, please do not let the bulbs touch the end of the hood headlight assembly.
8. In the headlights after the resin or rubber stamp 25mm hole drilled.
9. Connected light bulbs and high-voltage starters, do not take negative anyway.
10. Ballast and power supply connections, do not take negative anyway.
How to install light bulb and ballast
1. Please double-sided adhesive firmly fixed ballast, make sure both sides of the solid.
2. Please send the original halogen bulbs of the interface and power connectors. (Red pick +, black pick -).
After installation check

Troubleshooting
1. Bulb failure

2. Light gas
* Power input may result in insufficient gas discharge lamp is flashing or poor results.
* Fix: use additional relay device voltage.
